It has been reported that the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has completed a draft code of practice for Employers and Employees on the right to request flexible and remote working which has been submitted to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment.

It was expected that the code would be published by the end of January 2024. It is now expected to be published following the Ministers consideration of the draft code.
